SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Name & Description

The CurbBid SMS Program is operated by CurbBid Inc. ("CurbBid," "we," "us," or "our"). The program sends transactional SMS messages to help home service contractors and their customers manage estimates, invoices, and payments.

2. Consent to Receive SMS

By sending a text message to our phone number or providing your phone number through the CurbBid website, you consent to receive SMS messages from CurbBid. These messages may include:

  • Demo and product information you requested
  • Estimates, invoices, and payment notifications sent by your contractor
  • Appointment and follow-up reminders
  • Account-related alerts

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive a single demo message, or up to approximately 10 messages per month if a contractor uses CurbBid to communicate with you about estimates, invoices, and reminders.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. CurbBid does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.

5. Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages from CurbBid.

6. Help & Support

7. No Selling or Sharing

We will never sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number or opt-in information with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the CurbBid services you requested.

8. Consent Not Required for Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from CurbBid or any contractor using the platform.

9. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Compatible with major US carriers.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
